"A sharp haircut and a deep, genuine trust with everyone who walked through his door."

A Melbourne Legacy
Born and raised in Miami during the 1940s, 50s, and 60s, Frank brought his passion for the craft to Melbourne in 1978 when he opened the doors to Frank's Barber Shop. For over four decades, he was more than just a barber—he was the heartbeat of our community and an avid offshore fishing fan. If you grew up in the Eau Gallie area, your story likely includes a seat in Frank's chair.
His original shop was a place where time slowed down. It was the ultimate neighborhood hub—a place to grab a chair, shoot the breeze, talk local sports, and catch up on the town news. Frank didn't just cut hair; he built relationships that lasted generations.
Frank passed on more than just a business; he passed on a passion for the craft and a commitment to the people of Melbourne. Today, his daughter Vicki carries that torch forward, keeping his spirit alive one haircut at a time.
"Rest in peace, Frank. Your chair will always be remembered."
